Design products that will build the bank of the future

That’s what our Customer  and Product  teams help us do. They design anything from new credit cards to digital marketing strategies, and now we’re searching for new talent to join them and help us grow. YOUR CAREER JOURNEY STARTS HERE
If you’re passionate about designing, developing and implementing new ideas and innovative solutions, you’ll make a big impact in our Customer and Product teams. With over 12,000 colleagues in the division and 10 different business areas, you’ll have an amazing opportunity to make an impact across our wider business – from marketing to mortgages, car leasing and more.

In three eight-month placements over two years in different locations around the UK, you’ll work in customer and product-focused areas, build your understanding of how our customers behave and develop project management and leadership skills.

Day to day you could be:

- Developing innovative products and services for customers
- Gathering powerful insights about our customers
- Supporting the marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank

We’ll support you to complete a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting qualification and you’ll also have the chance to lead on UK community volunteering initiatives. By joining the Customer Product Innovation programme, you’ll become an expert in a range of next-generation financial products as well as customer behaviours and insights.

Locations: Our Graduate Programmes are rotational and, unless stated otherwise, our Customer Product Innovation roles are based nationwide.

RECRUITMENT TIMELINE

26th November  
Role closes. Your Application and Online Tests must have been fully completed and submitted by this point.  A couple of days after taking your tests you will receive a feedback report based on your answers to the Situational Strengths tests – this is personal feedback for you regarding your own strengths, as a ‘thanks’ from us for the time you’ve put in to making your application.  This feedback report is not connected to whether or not you will be taken forward to the next stage.

From 27th November
Your Online Test results and Application details will be reviewed alongside the thousands of other applications, in line with our assessment criteria.

From 11th December
Should you be a top performer at the Online Testing stage and your Application meets the minimum requirement, you’ll be invited, by email, to participate in a Video Interview.  You will have 5 days from the date of the invitation to find a suitable time to complete and submit your Video interview.   Please ensure our emails are not going to your junk folder, and please avoid leaving it until the last minute to complete the Video Interview as we will not be able to consider any submissions which are late.

From 19th December
All of the completed Video Interviews will be reviewed and carefully assessed.

From 28th January
Only the highest performing applicants will be invited to our Assessment Centre.  We have limited spaces available at each assessment centre, so please ensure you’re holding these dates free so that we can quickly and easily book you into an assessment centre.  

Week commencing 11th February
Assessment Centres take place. You’ll need to bring the relevant documentation along with you, please prepare this in advance.

Week commencing 18th February
We will be in touch to let you know whether we will offer you a place on the Lloyds Banking Group Graduate scheme.
